These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uv888 ("uv888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the uv888 online gaming platform accessible at uv888.bio and all associated services, games, promotions, and features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on uv888, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the uv888 platform.

1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on uv888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform, in accordance with Philippine gambling age regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling or where the access to uv888 would constitute a violation of local law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of uv888 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from uv888 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner and operator of your uv888 account. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration

Each eligible person may register one (1) account on uv888. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration details at all times and promptly update any information that changes.
• Keep your uv888 Login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify uv888 customer support via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, where such unauthorised access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

uv888 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent registration, provision of false information, or any other violation of this Agreement.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

uv888 processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account wallet interface.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your uv888 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect.
• uv888 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payment transfers, or deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source owned and operated by the registered account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• GCash withdrawals typically settle within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) banking business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account settings.
• uv888 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding defined risk thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR AML guidelines.
• Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

uv888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your uv888 account wallet upon fulfilment of the stated claim conditions (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit amount).
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount associated with the bonus.
• Only gameplay on eligible game titles contributes towards wagering requirements. Contributions from different game categories (slots, live table games, sportsbook, bingo) vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• uv888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, collusion, or exploiting game-specific wagering loopholes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and any resulting winnings.
• uv888 may, at its absolute discretion, limit or exclude any player from participating in specific promotions.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the uv888 platform — including JILI slots, live dealer table games, bingo, Super Keno, slide games, sports betting, and all other game types — are subject to the following gameplay terms:

• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested for fairness and statistical compliance.
• All live dealer game results are determined in real time by a licensed dealer in a regulated studio environment. Results are final once the game round has concluded and are not subject to dispute on grounds of outcome preference.
• Sports betting odds and lines are subject to change prior to the start of an event. Bets placed at a given set of odds are honoured at those odds provided the bet was accepted before the odds changed and no pricing error occurred.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or network interruption, the game round is void and any wager placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• uv888 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed error, pricing error, or any other circumstance that results in an outcome that does not reflect a genuine game or sporting event result.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game title and are displayed within each game's interface. These limits are subject to change at uv888's discretion.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uv888 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting or enabling any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent play in any multiplayer game or sports betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the uv888 platform, its games, or its software.
• Using uv888 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering law (AMLA) or PAGCOR regulations.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at uv888 staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Accessing uv888 from a jurisdiction where doing so constitutes a violation of applicable local law.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error on the platform for financial gain, and failing to promptly report such issues to uv888 support.

7 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

uv888 is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity of all registered players. By registering an account on uv888, you consent to the KYC verification process and agree to provide all reasonably requested documentation promptly.

KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to a player's first withdrawal, upon reaching defined transaction volume thresholds, or at any time uv888 determines that additional verification is necessary for compliance purposes.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
• UMID Card (Unified Multi-Purpose Identification)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash account showing your name and mobile number) may also be required before withdrawal processing. uv888 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period — or submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents — will result in account suspension and, where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

uv888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognise that, for a small number of players, gambling can develop into a harmful pattern of behaviour. uv888 takes this seriously and provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered player's account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your uv888 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the uv888 platform — including but not limited to the uv888 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, source code, database structure, page layouts, written content, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of uv888 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uv888 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any uv888 content for commercial purposes.
• Modification, creation of derivative works from, or framing of any uv888 content.
• Use of uv888 trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or programmatic extraction of data from the uv888 platform.

Any unauthorised use of uv888 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action to the full extent permitted by Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uv888, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the uv888 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
• Any service interruption, technical malfunction, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account where such events arise from circumstances outside uv888's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds information, or game results sourced from third-party data providers.

Where uv888's liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, uv888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uv888 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

uv888 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or harmful code, or that any specific game outcome or sporting event result will occur. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated uv888 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting uv888 customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved (forfeited or completed), and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after identity verification, subject to any applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

Termination by uv888: uv888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or fraudulent personal information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated against uv888 without legitimate cause.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

In the event of termination for cause, uv888 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit such funds to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

uv888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, uv888 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the uv888 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.

uv888 recommends that players review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates that may affect their use of the platform.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or any breach thereof, shall first be referred to uv888 customer support for informal resolution. Players are encouraged to contact the uv888 support team in the first instance, as the majority of account and gameplay queries can be resolved promptly via live chat.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints handling procedures.

Failing resolution through the above processes, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
